Returns Policy

You must notify us of your refund request to within 14 days of delivery. You then have an additional 14 days to return the goods to us. Goods received outside the 28 day returns period will not be refunded.

All returns must be booked in advance. You must notify us of your request for return by email to within 14 days. Place in the subject line the word ‘RETURN’ followed by the invoice number corresponding to the goods. Once we have communicated back and have approved your return you may return the goods. If the return is due to the goods being faulty or we have sent the incorrect product, then the return will be free of charge. If the return is due to the incorrect product having been ordered or a change of mind, the return will be at your own cost. Please note that the package is your responsibility until it reaches us. Refunds will be made via the original method of payment within 30 days of our receiving the goods.

We retain the right to charge a 10% handling fee for goods returned which were incorrectly ordered.

IMPORTANT: We hold the right not to refund should product seals have been broken.
